Paige grew up on her parent’s small Holstein herd in Lebanon County, PA where her love for agriculture began. She decided to pursue a career in the dairy industry and attended Penn State University where she majored in Animal Science with a dairy focus, and minored in Agri-business management. During her time at Penn State, she was active in the PSU Dairy Science Club and was involved on the PSU Dairy Judging Team in 2022. She also participated in the North American Intercollegiate Dairy Challenge program for the last two years.

After her graduation this past May, Paige assumed her role with Premier Select Sires. She said she is excited to put her collegiate education and experiences and her lifelong firsthand perspective of dairy farming to use.

“One of the main things that I am looking forward to with starting my new role is definitely relationship building,” said Paige. “Building meaningful connections with farmers, fellow co-workers, and other industry leaders is a huge priority for the company as a whole and I am excited to be able to partake in that mission. I am also looking forward to expanding upon my pre-existing skills within dairy reproduction management and growing in my new role to better serve dairy farmers in my community.”
