Premier Select Sires is seeking a part time Sales Support Specialist in our northern region reporting to Trever Babcock, Regional Sales Manager. This position will be responsible to provide technical service & sales support to member customers through CowManager.

Main Responsibilities:

• – Support our sales team with activity monitoring solutions for our member customer accounts as requested
• – Plan and execute regular customer visits in coordination with the sales team
• – Provide timely responses to all customer inquiries
• – Continue follow-up communication with customers
• – Assist with other responsibilities and duties as required

Success Measurements:

• – Product Sales/Product Growth
• – Customer Retention

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• – Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agriculture Economics or closely related fields
• – Knowledge in the areas of reproductive management is preferred
• – Large herd management experience a plus
• – Extensive knowledge of synchronization protocols is preferred along with a basic understanding of dairy and beef genetics
• – Minimum of six years’ experience in agriculture related fields
• – Strong interpersonal & communications skills along with excellent customer service skills to build relationships
• – Solid presentation skills required with the ability to earn customer trust and loyalty
• – Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint coupled with the ability to quickly learn related business software
