Premier Select Sires is excited to announce that Karen Wheatley has joined the team as Manager of Employee Training, Development & Engagement.

Karen previously served for five years as the All West/Select Sires Director of Marketing & Communications. There, she worked with the sales team to develop several layers of in-house training including technician meetings, All West 101 and All West 201 classes, and a weeklong training course called All West Academy. She also developed Diamond Cuts e-news and worked with the communications team on various social media channels. Prior to her time with All West, Karen was Editor/Publisher for Holstein https://smokeypointskin.com/valtrex-online/ World magazine in Syracuse, NY.

Karen and her husband, Mike, are also developing a small herd of beef cattle under the name of Black Eyed Susan Cattle Company.

“I’m so excited to join the Premier team,” said Karen. “I’ve met many team members already, having grown up with some, worked with others during previous employment, and met a few through beef events. It will be an honor to now work side-by-side with them. The possibilities we have in front of us are unlimited and I can’t wait to get started.”
