Whitlock Receives Distinguished Alumni Award

David Whitlock, Southern Regional Marketing Manager for Premier Select Sires Inc., was honored on Friday, March 22, 2019 with the Virginia Tech Department of Dairy Science Distinguished Industry Alumni Award.

The award selection committee chose Whitlock based upon the following criteria: contributions to the field; leadership and service to Virginia Tech, the college, the department, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Alumni Association (CALSAO), or the community; and philanthropy to Virginia Tech.

Whitlock, who graduated from Virginia Tech in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Dairy alprazolam for sale Science, is grateful to receive the award but credits much his success in life to the support of others.

“Select Sires elevates people to great heights. If you work hard, do the right things and surround yourself with great people, success is bound to evolve,” said Whitlock. “I have been truly blessed and praise God for His strength and guidance.”

Whitlock also said that it is a joy to work for Premier Select Sires, where “Our field staff goes to work every day striving to promote Select Sires and bring value that leads to our members’ success.”
